neoma may hate school and work, but she loves to see order and wants to make sure that everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing. she is strict and wants to make sure that rules are not being broken, and she figures that this would help her with her major and minors in auror studies and law. she wants to be able to help the school stay in order and she wants to have this experience for when she does leave the university.
