teddy remus lupin
So this here is Theodore Lupin, better yet known as Teddy. He doesn't ever go by Ted, out of respect for his grandfather for whom he's named, so it's best to not even try with that one. Plus he's used to only hearing the name Theodore used when he's in trouble, so he's not exactly open to that one either. Overall, it's probably just safer to stick with Teddy. The oprhaned son of Remus and Nymphadora Lupin, he's a twenty-seven year old Auror quite steadfastly aligned with the Order, and while he's single, it's complicated. Why might that be? Scroll down a bit and you'll probably come to understand.

So, Teddy's a pretty friendly guy, for the most part. He's sweet, he's kind, he's cheerful, all in all he's pretty easy to get along with. You don't have to like the same things, but as long as you're generally a decent person, Teddy'll see the light in you. Depending on what you've done, and what you might've done it to, of course. So in some instances, he can be pretty nasty, but that's for a different section, I think we can both agree. Pretty much, Teddy's constantly looking to please, make people smile, laugh... he'll bring food in just to brighten your day (he's a pretty good cook too, I might add, as it's one of the skills his Gran worked so hard to instill in him). He enjoys pranks as much as the next person, he'll help you out when need be, and above all else, he's loyal. He's brave, and he's loyal. While I can't guarantee he'll be a friend for life once you get under his skin, considering a betrayal is sure to put you on a blacklist, if you never betray his trust, he can be a pretty steadfast ally.
enemies
Piss him off? Hurt someone he cares about? Side with the Death Eaters? For some things, it's pretty black and white for Teddy. You're either on his side, or you're not. And when you're not, well... that steadfast ally become a dark and potentially terrifying enemy. While he's never used an Unforgiveable, there are deeper parts of him that have been stewing for twenty-seven years. There's no knowing what he might do under pressure when you either back him into a corner or attack someone he loves. Plus, Teddy's determined. When you have him on your trail, he isn't going to be thrown off easily. Most of the people in this category are probably people he has to track down for work, and just about any of the Death Eaters who've just been released from Azkaban. There are some different levels of enemies, like rivals or people he just doesn't like, because there are those too. With people like that, prepare to either receive haughty glares or a cold shoulder. He's quite capable of just about all of that, and can pull it off pretty convincingly.
lovers
Remember when I said it was complicated? Well, it is. See, Teddy might be single, but he'll always have his eye on a particular blonde who also happens to work in the Auror department, a young woman with whom he has a pretty long history and someone he's convinced doesn't want him. Victoire Weasley. Now, that's not to say Teddy doesn't get, well, drunk sometimes. One-night stands are a possibility, but only at very rare times and plottage would have to go into that. But as far as past and future relationships go, Teddy's fairly limited. If you have an idea, I'll consider it, but that doesn't guarantee that your character and him would mix in that way. That's pretty much all I've got for that one.
family
This gets a category all its own pretty much because Teddy has such an extensive one. While direct relations are pretty limited, this is a young man who has a vast network of extended and adopted family. For example, while his Gran might be the only blood relative he has left standing, his godfather is, as many know, Harry Potter. Thus, pretty much anyone in the Potter family is someone that Teddy considers himself close to, and by extension, the Weasleys. While some he might not know as well, Teddy still considers himself, and his Gran to be quite frank, to be a part of that huge clan. And most are equally willing to accept him in return. Pretty much, if you're family, Teddy loves you. For a young man who hardly has no actual family of his own, this is one of the values that he holds most reverent and high above all others, and would fight to the death to make sure nothing else ever befalls a family member ever again. It's easier to earn his trust and loyalty simply be having the last name of Potter or Weasley than it is to just become his friend, to be perfectly honest.
