for a long time anastasia wanted to play quidditch, even after her broom was struck by lightning and she was too afraid to get back on it, she still thought that one day she'd magically get over her fear and would fly again. she didn't and still hasn't. so now, her goals and dreams have shifted and she is currently working towards a career as an Auror - something she feels is much more meaningful and time worthy. Besides her fear of thunder and lightning, (and she'd rather die than admit it to anyone) she has a small case of claustrophobia thanks to being locked in a cupboard by one of her brothers when she was eight. An emotional fear is that she fears being alone and or ending up alone. She fears losing her family more than anything, her brothers and dad mean the world to her.

Confident, fiery and vivacious Anastasia is a strong and independent young woman with a mind of her own. She's relatively easy going, likes to have fun and is easy to get along with. This girl doesn't take bullshit from anybody and she'll let you know it. She isn't afraid to stand up for herself and she isn't afraid to speak up and defend someone even if others are. Her hot head coupled with her impulsive nature mean that she has a bad habit of jumping to conclusions and rushing into situations before really thinking them through, which has landed her in hot water on more than one occasion.
Of course like every other person on the planet she has insecurities. Ana doesn't like people to think she's weak so even if she's having a shit day she'll bottle it all up and pretend like everything’s okay, even though she's falling apart on the inside. She’s been hurt in the past, by friends and boys, so she can be slow to trust, but once you’ve gained her trust she’ll have your back no matter what. The idea of falling in love scares her, which is why she flirts and shies away from the idea of relationships. But that doesn't mean she doesn't want the white picket fence, the dog, the guy and 2.5 kids one day, it's just that she struggles with letting guys in. But when she does let a guy in, Ana loves hard. She's a passionate young woman.

HISTORY
Anastasia Eve Frey was born on a cold winter morning and is the fourth and youngest child in the Frey Coven. There were complications with the birth however and as a result her mother passed away. The loss of Elizabeth was hard on David and their sons but David knew that he couldn't let his grief swallow him, not when he had four children to raise. And so Ana was raised by her father, who treated her like his little princess and gave her anything and everything she could ever want. Although they had wealth, she was never spoiled. Her dad taught her the important things in life, like how to treat others how you want to be treated, with respect. And to never, ever judge someone for being muggle born or half blood. Her dad's mother and father, her grandparents, had been pureblood elitists and had been horribly cruel when they'd been alive, even going as far as ruining the life of David's first girlfriend (who had been muggleborn.) and the last thing David wanted was to be like them, or for any of his children to turn out that way.
Growing up, Ana's life was pretty normal. As normal as it could get living in the Wizarding world. Being the only girl in a family full of men, Ana was always striving to be ‘one of the guys’ when it came down to spending time with her brothers. Because of this, Ana was a pretty big tomboy. She spent her days playing with her brothers in the woods behind their manor, landing herself in trouble with her nanny when she’d come back for dinner in a muddy and ripped dress. As a kid, Ana dreamed of playing professional quidditch and on her eleventh birthday got her first broom – a nimbus 3000. She and her brothers played quidditch every day over the summer, in the large field behind the manor. However when she was fourteen her broom was struck by lightning during a nasty storm, landing her in St Mungos for just over three weeks. Ever since then, Ana has been terrified of thunder and lightning, and has been too scared to get back on a broom.
It was when she was nine years old that she learned that her mother had died during childbirth. Ana had had a particularly nasty argument with one of her brothers who had said that it was her fault their mother was dead. Anastasia had been heartbroken and had spent the next week locked up in her room, refusing to see anybody. It wasn't until her brother apologized and that they sat down as a family to discuss the passing of their mother that she slowly began to move on from learning the truth.
Other than getting her acceptance letter to Hogwarts, and the accident she had on her broom, nothing major or out of the ordinary had ever happened in her earlier life. To anyone looking in on her life, it might have seemed boring, but for Ana, her life was perfect. Initially her parents were surprised that she’d been placed in Slytherin, since it was the house notoriously known to house the meaner students of Hogwarts. But what they didn't know was that Ana had asked to be placed into Slytherin, because she wanted to show that not everyone in that house was manipulative or cruel. Ana excelled at Hogwarts. She made a mountain of friends and thanks to her fiery temper, more than a handful of enemies, but for the most part her school life has been pretty good. She graduated with better than average grades and is now studying Auror studies with hopes of moving into that field after University.
