GIF help and a Signature request

Firstly I would like the gif in the link below resized to fit in the little gif spot on my profile if at all possible.

Second I would like a signature made with the Ravenclaw banner in the first link with the pic I chose for Val in the second please.

Something like this?

There's blank space on either side of the image, but it's transparent. I figured you wanted the hula hoop in there though. I also made this one in case you'd rather it take up the entire space. 


As for the sig, that would take a little bit longer than these did but I could see what my photoshop skills can do. ^_^  I whipped up a quick version. I can easily resize it or tweak it if as otherwise nessessary, but here it is.
